The Beacon and Mercado East RFPS

Ascendant Neighborhood Development, a community development non-profit with a portfolio of 28 affordable housing buildings in East and Central Harlem, reached out to me to build a cohesive graphic identity for two public site RFPs issued by HPD. 

I collaborated with Ascendant and a number of subconsultants to develop a logo and brand identity around each proposal, and designed proposal templates that Ascendant could plug their content into.
